Chris Bracken

Chris most recently served as Senior Vice-President at Axiant, LLC and previously as Director of Mann Bracken, LLC and CEO of Phoenix Holdings, LLC (a debt purchasing business). In those roles, he was heavily involved in business strategy and corporate finance at one of the leading collection law firms in the country and in fund raising, investment management, and operational duties at an active debt purchasing business.

Chris was also intimately involved in the restructuring and recapitalization of Mann Bracken by a large New York based private equity firm.

Chris graduated from Rhodes College and received his J.D. from the University of Richmond where he was the Business Editor of the Richmond Journal of Law and Business. Chris is a member of the State Bar of Virginia and the District of Columbia Bar. He is also a member of Capital City Club and the Atlanta Historical Society.
