Staffing & IT Services

Jim Childs, Managing Partner in charge of our Staffing and IT services practice, has executed over $2 billion in transactions for these industry groups in his career. He has completed transactions ranging from $10 million to $500 million in size.

Most recently, Jim was CEO of Impact Innovations, a $100 million+ IT staffing firm. As CEO, Jim led the formation of the company in 1998 by raising over $30 million in capital, executing several acquisitions and led the sale of the business in 2004. Additionally, Jim was a Board member of the ITAA, the leading trade association for IT services firms and has spoken on a number of panels at industry events.

Childs Company attends many industry events such as the IT Services industry conference, the Healthcare Staffing Company, ASA, the Staffing Industry Executive Forum and the NACCB national conference.

Accounts Receivable Management

Chris Bracken leads our efforts in the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) arena. Chris is a former director of Mann-Bracken, a national collections law firm, and is the former CEO of Phoenix Holdings, Inc., a hedge fund focused on the purchase of distressed credit card assets.
